Since opening its doors in 1999, DeSoto Athletic Club (DAC) has been DeSoto County’s fitness pioneer, and after more than 25 years, it’s still going strong! Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned bodybuilder, DAC offers a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
It was the first health club of its kind in the county, and while many things have changed, its commitment to cutting-edge fitness trends has never wavered. Still proudly operated under the same ownership, DAC holds the title of the longest-running health club in the area.

We feel so fortunate to be in the business of changing lives that we strive to give back to the ones that have supported us. Being a small business we have been giving back since we opened in 1999, ranging from charities and fundraisers to schools and organizations. We are proud to say that we even have a program that donates to charities daily based on club check-ins. This means that by checking into the club, you are giving back too!
