What are the club's hours?
Club Hours:
Monday-Thursday:
5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Holiday Hours: The club is closed on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas so that our employees can be with their families. We will post all other schedule changes relating to to other holidays at least 7 days in advance in the club and through the club’s website and Facebook pages.

I am interested in personal training but where do I begin?
We think that is one of the smartest questions anyone could ask! Our answer is simple, call 662-349-0403 or visit our Fitness desk and ask to speak to someone about our training options. We will get you set up on a training plan that works for you.
How do I cancel my membership with the DAC?
To cancel your membership, please visit the DAC membership office or contact our customer service team at 662-470-5767 or Amanda Boylan at aboylan@daclife.com. A representative will guide you through the cancellation process. Please note that all memberships are subject to a 30-day notice of cancelation. You may cancel your account in person, online or via letter to DAC Southaven, 3146 Goodman Rd East, Southaven, Mississippi 38672 Attn: Membership Billing Office. Furthermore, to cancel your membership account, your agreement must be outside of its initial contractual obligation and in good standing.
Can I freeze my membership account?
Yes, you can freeze your membership account for a 3-month period. We charge a freeze fee of $5 per month. Please contact the membership office to discuss the terms and conditions related to freezing your account or you can contact our customer service team at 662-470-5767 or Amanda Boylan at aboylan@daclife.com.
Do you allow guests to come to the gym?
Yes, we allow guests to visit the gym. Guests must be accompanied by a member and will need to register at the front desk to be allowed entry into the gym. Guest passes may be subject to a fee. Out of courtesy, all out of town guests who are visiting with a member will be allowed to enter the gym for free. Please note, you will have to always be present in the gym with your guests. A guest waiver will have to be completed upon entry and a copy of a valid photo id will be taken at the time of registration.
At what age can my child work out at the gym without parental supervision?
Children aged 15 and older can work out at the gym without parental supervision. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult member at all times.

Does the gym have a dress code?
Yes, the gym has a dress code. Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are always required. Please avoid wearing jeans, open-toed shoes, and any clothing with offensive language or images. Please avoid wearing sports bras and exposing the entire midriff (Sports Bras and tanks are acceptable). If we deem your dress offensive in any way, we may ask you to leave the gym and in exceptional circumstances, terminate your membership.
Does the gym have lockers for rent?
Yes, the gym offers lockers for rent. You can rent a locker on a monthly or yearly basis. We also have daily use lockers. Please bring a lock and remove after each use. Please visit the front desk or the membership office for more information.
Do I have to register for Group Exercise Classes or Team Training Sessions?
Yes, registration is required for Group Exercise Classes and Team Training Sessions to ensure there is enough space and equipment for all participants. You can register online through our website or via the DAC app.

I need someone to show me how to use the equipment. What do I do?
If you need assistance with using the equipment, please speak with one of our fitness instructors at the Fitness Desk or schedule a Starting Point Session with our Director of Fitness, Gene Perepichay at gperepichay@daclife.com or by call 662-349-0403. Our staff is always ready to help you learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively.

Can I charge items to my club account?
Yes, members can charge items to their club account. This includes purchases at the Juice Bar, all drinks, apparel and for additional services like personal training sessions. Please ensure your account is in good standing to use this service.
