THE goal at DAC Fitness is to provide results to our members. We are not the health club that simply sells your a membership and wishes you the best of luck…on your own.

Once you’ve become a DAC member, our Expert Fitness Coaches will take you through a personalized assessment process including our proven Functional Movement Screen system, which communicates to our coaches your level of strength, flexibility and overall fitness level.

Following the assessment, we will design a program just for you for when you work out without the guidance of a Fitness Coach.

Additionally, we offer three levels of affordability with our Personal Training System.  We have implemented two levels that involve sharing the cost of a Fitness Coach with others, so making it much more affordable for your budget.  Semi-Private ( small groups of 2 – 4 people) and Team Training (large groups with up to 30 people) sessions are led by the same Fitness Coaches that you would work with in a traditional one-on-one setting. We offer modifications for all of our workout moves, depending upon your level of fitness, to allow you to naturally progress – getting stronger and leaner.

Whatever your budget, status in health and fitness, and goals/desired results – DAC Fitness has the answer and will put you on the most effective path to achieve what you had in mind when you purchased a membership.
