The Parisi Speed School is the premier athletic training facility in the MidSouth for kids 6 to 18.  We also provide training for off-season Professional Athletes. Our Parisi Coaches are former athletes as well and have been certified through the Parisi program, teaching the latest techniques and workouts to make your athlete the fastest, most agile and strongest competitor they can be!
