We move a little more advanced with the DAC Fitness Exercise of the Week – the TRX Push-Up with Knee Tuck as presented by Fitness Coaches Michelle McMath and Daniel Crawley. By placing your feet into the TRX Suspension System and tucking your knees in (working your core) and alternating with a standard push-up, you additionally work the arms, chest and shoulders.
A modification of this move can be done with your feet on a balance or stability ball, and rolling the ball in toward your body as you tuck your knees in.
Please ask for assistance from a Fitness Coach if you have not used the TRX System before. The proper strap height and placement of your feet into the straps is essential to preventing injury.
